The audit log
What Teleport logs about recruiter access and who can see it.
Teleport logs every recruiter action that touches candidate data. The log exists for candidates: it's how they can see who looked.
What's logged#

Each entry has a timestamp.
Who sees it#
- Candidates see every entry that includes them when they use Download account data in the extension.
- The Teleport team can review the log to investigate misuse.
- Recruiters don't have an audit view in the dashboard today.
When entries are removed#
When a candidate deletes their cloud data, the entries that name them are deleted with it.
Using access responsibly#
Use pool data only for recruiting, and contact candidates only about relevant roles. Access can be revoked for misuse.
